MODIFY YOUR REGISTRATION / TRANSFER REGISTRATION

If you would like to modify your registration (change your start time, change your email address, add a team name, etc.) or transfer your registration, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on your race below.

2. Enter your first name and email address, then Continue.

3. Make necessary changes, and click Continue.

4. You're all set!

The deadline to complete online transfers is listed next to each race. Instructions for completing transfers on race day are below. Please note that there is a $10 fee to transfer your registration on race day.

NOTES:

You can verify your changes by going to the specific event page and clicking on the "Racer List" link on the left side of the page. (Please note that for some races the racer list may not update in real-time. This will be noted on the list in those cases.)

TRANSFERRING AFTER DEADLINE

To transfer your registration after the deadline above, follow these steps:

1. Give your friend a copy of your ID.  

2. Have them check-in using your ID to receive the assigned timing chip, bib, wristbands and t-shirt.

3. Once they have all of your race items, they'll have to go to the registration table where we'll transfer the registration to your friend. 

Please remember that there is a $10 fee for registration transfers on race day.

 

VOUCHER / DISCOUNT CODE REDEMPTION ISSUES

If you're having issues redeeming a voucher or discount code, check first to make sure the code has been entered correctly. Also, make sure the code has not expired.

If you are redeeming a one-time use code, such as a Living Social voucher, do not hit the back button in your browser, or spend more than 10 minutes on one page. If you do, your registration will time out, and your voucher will be marked as used. Your voucher will automatically reactivate two hours after your last attempt to register.

Also, if you are redeeming a voucher such as a Living Social or Groupon, please complete each registration as an individual transaction. This will prevent most errors such as time-outs from occuring.

WHAT IS MY START TIME?

You csn check to see if you are registered, as well as your start time, by going to the event-specific page and clicking on the "Racer List" link on the left side of the page. For most races, this list is updated in real-time. For those races not updated in real-time, the list will state when it was last updated, and is usually updated once per week.

When emailing, always include the following information:

Also, please be sure to include any relevant information related to your email, including start time, team name, discount code, names of people referenced in your request, etc. We may be rugged, but we're not psychic, so please include as much information as possible to help us respond to your inquiry.

We will generally respond to your email within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday). However, response times may be slower with increased email volume, especially approaching race dates.
